VERY GOOD! You captured PERFECT wing freeze! I've been trying to do that for a couple of weeks now. What speed flash do you use?

I have an Olympus 10 set on 320 shutter, f4 and use the Olympus elctronic FL40 flash in conjunction with the built in flash. I set up my tripod with my remote cable and spent three hours this afternoon trying to catch them. We have four who play and fight on our front porch.
